Hi Mountaineers! Each year I look forward to getting to know my students and their families. This will be my sixth year working as a School Counselor and twelfth year working in education. I attended the University of Utah for both of my undergraduate degrees and my graduate degree (Go Utes!). I have a Bachelors of Science in both Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies and my Masters in School Counseling. For fun, I love just about anything outdoors, spending time with my family, traveling, and cheering on Real Salt Lake! I absolutely love my job and my favorite part is working with students, as they continuously inspire and amaze me. I am so excited for this school year and to get to know each of you! Please come pop in to the Counseling Center to say “hi” anytime or if you ever need anything.
Hi All! I am so excited to be at Mount Jordan this year! I received my Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Human Development and Family Studies and I am currently finishing my Master’s degree also at Utah State in School Counseling. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, watching a movie and sports. I’m looking forward to getting to know you all and helping you in any way that I can. Please come by to see me in the counseling center whenever you may need anything or just to say “hello”.
Hi all! A little about me....I love working with students and parents and feel blessed to be part of their learning and growing experiences! This is my ninth year in school counseling and many-ith year working with youth in an advocacy role. Prior to school counseling, I worked with at-risk students in a residential treatment facility. I attended Utah State University (Go Aggies!) for my undergraduate degree (B.A.) in International Studies and completed my Master of Science in School Counseling through University of Phoenix. My hobbies include running marathons, spending time with my family and friends, reading, experiencing new things, and taking weekend naps :) I love working with middle schoolers and advocating for student success. I am passionate about helping students realize their potential and supporting them through the growing pains of adolescence. I can’t wait to get to get to know you all on a personal level. Visit me in the Counseling Center if you have a concern, or just stop by to say "hello."
Lets do this! Go Mountaineers!
